PATRICIA MARIE KNIGHT

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Patricia Marie Knight on of January 5, 2026, at the age of 91.

Patricia is survived by her two sons, Kevin and Graham and daughters-in-law, Lori and Susana, grandchildren, Adrian and step grandchildren, Connie and Agustina, a large family, and friends.

Patricia was born in London, UK and moved to Winnipeg in 1978 with her late husband Colin. They were joined by their sons in 1982. For many years, she worked in the family business providing support, wisdom and a great sense of humour to all.

Pat’s greatest joy included painting, flower arranging, writing poems, gardening, nature and, over the years, many treasured family pets.

Her last years, she enjoyed her time living at Sterling House where she made many good friends.

She will be dearly missed by all who knew her, and the family ask that she be remembered for the joy and happiness she brought to others, in life, and not in the sadness of her passing.

A celebration of life will be held in the spring and details will be announced.

Donations may be made to The Canadian Cancer Society.

Condolences & Memories (2 entries)

  • So many lovely memories of life with my sister Pat. We grew up in a very humble home with Mum and the other siblings Eileen and Tony. Lots of love everywhere. Although later we.were thousands of miles apart we were very, very close. She was loved by all. Who knew her. - Posted by: Derek Leahy (Brother) on: Jan 20, 2026

  • We're so sad to hear of Auntie Pat's passing. She was a very special, classy lady who will be very much missed. Whenever we saw each other or called each other by phone or Skype, we always had a lovely time and had so much to talk about. She was always positive and cheerful, even when life became tough sometimes. It was really great when she and Uncle Colin came here to visit us in Massachusetts. We will remember her as a kind lady, who was game to try anything, and with a beautiful smile on her face. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Kevin and Graham and all the family. I'm pretty sure that Pat is now looking down on us all, thinking, now isn't that " lovely "! Love Andrea and Mike - Posted by: Andrea and Mike Beale (Niece) on: Jan 18, 2026
